“Another Big Darn Profit-Murdering Problem…
SOLVED!”
You know what kills businesses?
This is not a trick question. It’s a slaughterhouse out there (especially online)… with businesses offering fabulous products suffering gruesome financial deaths every day.
And it’s almost always completely unnecessary.
You know what kills these businesses?
The owners forgot to learn how to sell. They just plain skipped that basic part of earning wealth and fame and lasting success.
Actually, the truth is… no one let them in on the “voodoo” of masterful salesmanship.
I call it “voodoo”…
… because that’s how most entrepreneurs and biz owners look at selling. Like it’s some super-mysterious magical “dark art” that can never be understood or used by mere mortals like us.
But it isn’t voodoo at all.
It’s actually something you can — and should — learn. We have systems for doing that, quickly and without pain. And with the personal supervision of a guide.
Right now, we’re gonna give you the basics… for free. No strings attached.
This is too important not to share freely.
See, most of the marketers out there now earning breathtaking fortunes… started out utterly clueless about selling. Couldn’t sell a hamburger for a dime to a starving man.
What changed in their lives?
They figured out how to sell. They learned — somehow, some way — that success is all about stringing together the simple essentials of persuading your prospect into becoming a paying customer.
Salesmanship.
People get all flummoxed about writing websites & emails & video scripts & pay-per-click ads & print ads & everything else needed to make a business bring in the Big Bucks…
… because they completely freak out about the misunderstood skill of simple, effective salesmanship.
And it just doesn’t have to be that way. Especially for you. Because you’ve stumbled on this blog… and we’re gonna do what we can to fix the situation for you immediately.
Look — it’s okay if you botch your efforts to sell effectively right now.
That skill is not part of our standard equipment as humans.
So, yes, you need a little help getting hip to the basics. All the wealthy marketers out there needed this help. They started out at ground zero… and — with help — moved into the upper levels of wealth and wonderfulness.
It is NOT voodoo. And I don’t care how “sales challenged” you believe you are right now.
This is something you CAN master.
In fact, let’s get started on fixing that hole in your “money gathering bucket” right now.
The video below is going to rattle your cage (in a good way). I don’t care how long you’ve been in business — whether you’re a grizzled veteran, or a wide-eyed rookie.
What you are about to witness is an explosive look DEEP into that elusive wealth-building thing called “salesmanship”.
Here’s what’s up: Marketing maestro Mike Filsaime is a stone-cold master at seducing skeptical prospects into becoming eager, cash-paying customers.
The dude is notorious among the top online entrepreneurs as a wizard of selling, both with the written word and with the smooth scripts of his videos.
And you’re about to get a rare insight peek at how he does it.
There are 2 parts to this video. First, Mike and I break down the writing in one of his most successful websites, tactic by tactic.
It’s time you learned how success is all about the stringing together of the simple essentials of persuasion. In a systematic way, bang-bang-bang.
It’s easy, once you learn the “how” behind the “voodoo”.
Ah, but that’s just the appetizer.
In Part 2 of this video… Mike gives us a DEEP look at an amazing step-by-step process of “how to sell”… that he learned from his mentor, long ago.
This is a true exclusive, too. Mike has never shared his personal notes on this before. (It’s nice to be reminded of the “pull” I still enjoy with the best marketers in the world.)
Anyone who knows, in their heart, that learning the inside secrets of killer salesmanship is the KEY to massive, repeatable, sustainable success…
… is already quivering in anticipation of what is about to be revealed.
And it’s all right here, in this riveting video.
Yours, free.
Click the “play” button to get started.
And be sure to enter your name and email address… so we can notify you of the other “Success Essentials” we’re giving away this week.
Oh, there’s a lot going down through this blog this week. Don’t miss out.
Stay frosty,
John
P.S. One last thing — I’d love to hear your comments on this video. Often, the insights and revelations you have are extremely helpful to others (who may have missed something on the first viewing).
Don’t be shy. I’m very interested in what you have to say.

Thank you, John and Mike, for so much wisdom! What really struck home for me was John’s comment that a salesman has to see life as it really is (not the fairytale, dreamy ‘life should be nicer’ version). I’m stuck in the fairytale that if people are amused or entertained by my site content, they will buy. It hasn’t worked (what’s that – you’re not surprised?) I guess it’s time I learned how to write copy that actually works then be brave enough to use it.

Note from John Carlton: I’ve left just a few comments up from the last time we offered mentoring like this, six months ago… because they were just too good to let go.
We very much welcome your comments, however, and we DO read them all. And do our best to directly answer any questions you have.
The newer comments are farther down. Seeing what others have to say is always a great way to judge the value of something…

Hi John & Mike,
Great stuff. Very simple process! Can be seen all around us like you said, in infomercial’s. Even at your local Fast Food Burger Chain, etc. It is all around us every day! I think we see & hear is so much, that we forget what is actually going on in the process! Great stuff! Thanks for you time!

The psycology applied here is very effective and can bring important results, not only in Internet Marketins as well in all kind of sales.
Thanks for all you are doing.

There is a remarkable resistance of selling going on in the networking industry. We are told that people love to buy, but they hate being sold. This type of selling will give many an advantage over their peers.

Very good. For me, at least, the back and forth dialogue was a great learning method. The two pros talking back and forth about how and why certain things are done, equals valuable information for the audience. Thanks

Everything in life is sales.
Need to “convince” the wife to go out with the boys to go watch the game? You have to sell her on that.
Kids asking for an allowance, or an increase in it…aren’t we being sold to?
It’s all around us.
Like I tell my kids, “The Number One rule in life is: If you don’t ask, you don’t get”.
So go out & ask for the sale. Ask for the order. “Show me the money!”
Best,
-K

As an ardent participant in my own ongoing growth in the field of copywriting let me add my kudos to this presentation. It put the sometimes negative notion of “salesmanship” into an extremely useful context. Thanks for the presentation.

Great stuff… this guy knows sales!
Sales makes the world go ’round. Without the ability to make your point and to convince someone to do something (or to let you do something), nothing much would ever happen.
Thanks for posting that.

Talk about Shock and Awe, this just blew me away, I never realized that face to face sales could translate into IM as clearly and as consicely as this and that I did face to face sales the right way for 35 years but hit a brick wall when I started online marketing. Internet Marketing Rules and so do you…
Thank you so much for this great opportunity to acquire such a wealth of knowledge.

Mike & Jack, thanks for a wonderful thought provoking interview. I picked up a lot of new points and it was also a good refresher on many others. It kind of reminded me of the Dale Carnegie Sales course I took in 1957, where they used a fresh new book by Percy H. Whiting, The Five Great Rules of Selling. All the best!

Hi John,
I feel more than privileged to have listened to Mike Filsaime share the ideas
from his mentor with you. And the way you bring it in to relate to your Simple
Writing System helping me to undserstand – the concept of the Sales Page.
Its often said if you are going to learn, learn from the best. I’ve read Mikes Butterfy
Marketing Manuscript over and over again and wondered how he did it. To cut it
short getting the two of The Best of anything does not come easy.
Words can not express how inspired I feel, with the knowledge that your teaching
of your Simple Writing System can truely transform a mute into making a speech.
I can not say thanks enough.
I put my hand on my heart and say this is Priceless, until a while ago I was always
nervous about sending simple emails. Ask me now and I will say it only takes
practise, its a skill that can be taught by one who knows how to teach.
Thanks to Mike, Stan, and last of all you John.

GENTLEMEN – I hold your salesmanship skills in awe. I signed up for the mentoring program and cannot wait to get the materials and then on the 20th, start full bore. Kern, Knudson. and then the topper of a step by staep of the salesmanship of Mike Filsaime is a masterful use of the pre launch process creating the slippery sales funnel to make it impossible for me not to want to buy that which I need: The Simple Writing System. Guys, I have bought in. See you in class. Bob Pond
